M.i.a. "Born Free" on Letterman

By Marvin marks on July 14, 2010 in features

Check MIA's insane performance of "Born Free" on Letterman out last night complete with many m.i.a. double Gangers. This is just too loud for many listeners, but I think it spans the border of the unlistenable dissonance on the right Seite.Die insistent drums and bass together with the singing sloppy energy makes it work for me.

It has this sense of barely controlled chaos, which makes it exciting. It is rare that something the way it makes this chaotic network television, and I think this is a big part of making it interesting makes. of course it's easy to say this, it is "Performance art" rather than "Music."But I do not believe that it is necessary that we clear this lines at one thing where starts and another begins.

I may not embed YouTube videos (especially if it copyright stuff like this) because often deleted get so I'll point so you the video (if it is deleted, simply search for you, someone else will upload it probably)

2010, M.i.a., David Letterman
